As the colours
filled the canvas.
As her stroke,
beautified the look,
Her mind rewinded the past
and brought her angst.
She paused her work,
and leaned against the bark.
The clouds in motion,
changed her notion,
instilled her, impermanence and transitions in Life.
He was no more a mess,
that she miss. That incomplete painting, had infinite meaning.
I started the poem having a different concept in mind but I landed up with this. I tried to alter the genre but I couldn’t and decided to post it as such.
This post is in response to Sadje’s What do you see Prompt #47
Thank you so much for reading!🙂

It is interesting and fun how poems take on a life of their own and say what they need to say … that is my experience anyway. 😄 Love your last line.

the soul
filled the canvas
all life
with all colors
of fear
the panic
of incomplete poetry
in their diversity
the humans
call it the chaos
to understand the dream
in the reality
to the day
where you and me
for perusal
give a new meaning
the ordinary people
to his delight
in his life
