Telepathy

Might be because,
we were caught in
Labyrinth of lies.
Faced depression,
terrible heartbreaks,
unforgettable betrayals,
painful backstabbings;
infinite, broken and shivering promises.

We remained quiet,
chose silence, an escapism.
What gave us hope?
Nothing.
What connected us?
Our situation.
That’s a weird telepathy.
I treasure it.

Thank you so much for reading!πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you so much for reading, Jo.πŸ’•

I thought two broken people would have better understanding since they had been in such disheartening situations. I’m not sure! Sometimes I over imaginate thingsπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Feel free to share your opinions, Jo…😊

  1. Guten Abend

    Wir sind in der
    eigenen WidersprΓΌchlichkeit
    gefangen
    einsam und verlassen

    nur das glΓΌhende Verlangen
    das Sehnen
    das Bild
    das von einem anderen
    in der Seele brennt

    oder das der
    Bosheit der anderen
    nehmen wir gewahr

    wie ein Kind
    das die Wirklichkeit
    des eigenen Lebens
    noch nicht
    wir selbst nicht
    anerkennen wollen

    Herzliche Grüße
    Hans

    Good evening

    We are in the
    own inconsistency
    captured
    alone and abandoned

    just the ardent desire
    the longing
    the picture
    someone else’s
    burns in the soul

    or that of the
    Malice of others
    we become aware

    like a child
    that the reality
    of your own life
    not yet
    not ourselves
    want to acknowledge

    Best regards
    Hans

  2. This is so amazingly written, Hemalatha! Sometimes we’re connected to others solely because of our situation, no matter how strange it seems, but it’s still a wonderful connection nonetheless. Beautifully penned! πŸ’›πŸ’›
